The company ZÁHOŘÍ TRADE spol. s r. o. as a manufacturer of electrical equipment in the sense of Act 185/2001 Coll. on waste fulfills its obligations stipulated by this Act for separate collection, take-back, processing, use and disposal of electrical equipment and electrical waste pursuant to §37h, par. c) of this Act by transferring these obligations to another legal entity, ensuring the joint fulfillment of the obligations of producers pursuant to Part 8 of the Waste Act, as amended. This legal entity is the company ASEKOL a.s. with the seat of the Czechoslovak exile 2062/8, 143 00 Prague 4.

disposal of used batteries

The company ZÁHOŘÍ TRADE spol. s r. o. as a manufacturer of batteries and accumulators in the sense of Act 185/2001 Coll. on waste fulfills its obligations stipulated by this Act for separate collection, take-back, processing, use of waste batteries and accumulators according to §31k, par. c) of this Act by transferring these obligations to another legal entity, ensuring the joint fulfillment of the obligations of producers pursuant to Part 3 of the Waste Act, as amended. This legal entity is the company ECOBAT s.r.o. with its registered office at Soborská 1302/8, 160 00 Prague 6.
